With the aid of Blackboard, WebCT nd other resources, intructors have used the Web to add important resources to their teaching, and enriched their web sites with important opportunities for learning. We are now entering a second stage, referred to as Web 2.0. How will Web 2.0 affect teachin and learning in the years ahead? What are some of these new tools and tchniques and what are the best practices?
