We are now entering a second stage, referred to as Web 2.0. How will Web 2.0 affect teachin and learning in the years ahead? I'm still a bit confused between the authoring view I get when I log in to Blogger and publish a new story, vs. the look @ the URL address for the blog

I continually end up viewing the URL page, which has no way to post another story? I have six assignments to post, and when I ask to view the blog, I lose my owner's authoring tools and have to start all over again.
